Smartmanu would offer most suitable manufacturing process for each project, to control the cost and quality. By utilizing electronic data transfer, everyone involved in the design process is kept up-to-date at every stage of a project, in real time and regardless the location or distance.

1) Designing: the Solidview CAD system we use for design is capable of interfacing with multiple software system such as Pro-E, Solid Works, Auto CAD, the format may be in IGS., STEP.,DWG. and DXF. You may just tell us your idea, and we may care the rest work, including product designing, mold designing, package designing,even flyer designing.

2) Manufacturing: the process may be: plastic injection molding, extrusion, die-casting, tooling, stamping, machining, dip molding, compression molding, pouring molding, laser cutting, ultrasonic welding and so on.

Plastic material we use: ABS, PA, PP, PC, PE, PS, POM, TPE, TPU, LCP, EPS.

Metal material we use: steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, copper, zinc alloy.

Other material: wood, cork, resin.

3) Freight:your product may be freighted by express, such as DHL, Fedex, UPS and TNT, Smartmanu have accounts for those freight service. Of course, for a staple cargo, we may use regular air freight or boat freight.
